I have been in one tri-level home and couldn’t believe how spacious it was – it really was a perfectly laid-out home. I think they’re never past repair, but depends on your ability to do it. I’d love to buy and fix up something like that. I probably couldn’t afford to do it either but love to dream. If you keep it, enjoy making it your own special space.
Anyone know of their brand names and manufacturer? There are a few modular home companies doing true 2 story models. They are trucked in on a flatbed and craned onto footings and foundation or a basement. But no longer anything like in the above ads. There were a few in a campground that was closing in Illinois a few years back. I left owners notes that I was interested in purchasing and I heard nothing.
